Admissions & Registration

What are the requirements to apply?

Requirements vary by course, but generally include:

  • Certified copy of ID document.
  • Latest academic results/certificate.
  • Proof of residence.
  • Completed application form (available in Downloads).
When do applications open and close?

Applications for the main academic year typically open in August and close in November. However, some short programs and mid-year intakes may have different dates. Check our Academic Calendar for specific dates.

Can I apply online?

Yes! You can start your application by visiting our Register page. Alternatively, you can email completed forms to info@druafetcollege.co.za or visit any of our campuses.

Fees & Payments

How much are the fees?

Fees depend on the specific qualification and level (NQF). Please download the latest Fee Structure document for detailed pricing per module or course.

Do you offer payment plans?

Yes, we offer flexible monthly payment plans. A registration fee is required to secure your spot, and the balance can be split over the duration of the semester. Contact our finance office for a personalized plan.

What are the banking details?

Please use the following details for EFT payments. Always use your Student Number as the reference:

Academic & Exams

Where can I find my timetable?

Timetables are handed out during orientation week and are also available on the student notice boards at each campus. You can also request a digital copy from your course facilitator.

What happens if I fail a module?

If you fail a module, you are usually eligible for a supplementary exam. If you fail the supplement, you may need to repeat the specific module. Our academic support team can help you create a study plan to improve your chances next time.

Student Support & IT

Is there Wi-Fi on campus?

Yes, free Wi-Fi is available for registered students in the library and designated study areas. Login credentials are provided during registration.

Do you provide study materials?

Yes, all prescribed textbooks and learning guides are included in your tuition fee. You will receive them during orientation week.
